Complaints
Complaints about the implementation of recovery work for passenger vehicles on trunk roads can be submitted to Stichting Incident Management Nederland via its e-mail address. .
When submitting a complaint, the following details must be provided:
- date and time of the incident to which the complaint relates
- accurate location description (road number, carriageway, and hectometre marker)
- registration of the vehicle to be recovered
- name of the recovery company involved (if known)
- nature of the complaint
- photographs of the described incident (if available)
- name and address details of the complainant
Complaints from road managers and representatives of the police are always investigated by Stichting Incident Management Nederland. The results of these investigations and any measures taken are then notified to the complainant.
