A new trainer, but a familiar face

On 15 July, Stichting IMN formally acknowledged the Light Recovery training course offered by the Bergers Academie. The Bergers Academie (vehicle recovery academy) is the brainchild of Bryan Aarts. He is the son of Martie Aarts, who used to work as a trainer of recovery operators. The exams that follow the training given by the Bergers Academie are administered by the independent examining board, Provex. On 21 July, Stefan van Dinten of Autohulpdienst Ben Heiltjes was the first aspiring vehicle recovery operator to sit and pass the new training course. He was awarded his certificate by Ad de Ponti, founder and managing director of Provex.
