On 31 March 2026, the negotiation procedure following the 2026-2031 Market Consultation came to an end. Recovery agreements were signed in 117 districts for the contract period from 1 October 2026 through 30 September 2031. These districts represent 57% of the Stichting IMN volume. An overview of the first-round results is included in the attached document. In the districts where no agreement was reached, the existing contracts have been extended by one year until 30 September 2027. The Incident Management recovery operations in those districts will be put out to tender later this year.

On 3 February, Nico Zwetsloot of BRL Leiden and Ivo Wildenberg of Stichting IMN signed the first 2026–2031 Recovery Agreement for district ZH161.
