Contracts awarded in 115 districts

Today, Stichting IMN announced the results of the second round of the tender procedure relating to recovery agreements for the contract period 2023 - 2026. All tendering parties have been informed in writing. An initial award decision has been made in 115 districts. An overview of these decisions appears in the table below. The procedure has been extended in 56 districts and a decision will be made as quickly as possible. In 45 districts, no valid bids were submitted and the tender procedure has been cancelled. Stichting IMN is investigating how it might, nonetheless, be able to award contracts in those operations areas.

Those bidding have until 4 May (inclusive) to lodge interim injunction proceedings against an award decision. If no such proceedings are initiated, the initial award decisions will be confirmed on that date. The definitive award in districts in which interim injunction proceedings are initiated will be made once the court has handed down its decision.
