Tender procedure 2023 - 2026 partially suspended

Today, Stichting IMN announced the results of the tender procedure for recovery agreements for the contract period 2023 - 2026. All parties involved have been notified in writing. In most districts, it was decided to suspend the procedure and not award contracts. This happened because Stichting IMN was confronted with unacceptable, irregular and/or unsuitable bids in many districts. A preliminary award decision was, indeed, taken in 54 districts. An overview of these decisions appears in the table below.

Parties submitting a bid have the opportunity to appeal until not later than 12 August. If no appeals are received, the preliminary award decisions will be made definitive on that date. In districts in which an appeal is submitted, definitive awarding will take place once there is a decision on the appeal. In the districts in which the tender procedure has been suspended, a new tender procedure will be initiated in the near future.
