An IM recovery operator earns an honourable mention if it succeeds either in completing all recoveries in a district with an arrival time within the contractual standard time of twenty minutes during the day and twenty-five minutes at night, or achieving an average arrival time of less than ten minutes, in any given quarter. A company that serves multiple districts can earn more honourable mentions. This fact in no way detracts from the performance that has to be achieved time and again in each district.

In the last quarter of the contract period, which ran from 1 January through to 31 March 2019, arrival times were below the level achieved in the previous quarters. 22,588 recoveries were carried out with an average arrival time of 13:21 minutes, a quarter of a minute faster than in the previous quarter. Corrected for delays due to traffic congestion, these figures amounted to 11:45 minutes - five seconds faster than in the last quarter of 2018.

The tables above and below this paragraph provide an overview of honourable mentions in the first quarter of 2019. A newcomer to these lists is Takel- en Taxibedrijf Grootveld based in Brunssum. This company took over districts L366 and L367 located in the Oostelijke Mijnstreek area, from Wolves Berging. Grootveld had to overcome certain teething problems, but with its excellent arrival times in L366, the company has now clearly found its feet. Another fast recovery operator was Autobedrijf J.Paijmans in Oisterwijk. This company ceased activities on 1 April 2019, but continued to deliver topflight performance right up to the last minute.

The tables only show those districts for which a complete quarterly report was issued in the last quarter. These are districts in which ten or more recovery operations were carried out and districts for which the quarter just ended was the last in a series of quarters, the cumulative total for which amounts to the minimum of ten recovery operations required for drawing up a report. Average arrival times are reported following correction for delays due to traffic congestion. In determining the kilometres of road in each district, the two carriageways of roads with divided carriageways are counted as separate roads. No rights may be derived from the information in the tables.
