Stichting IMN publishes Summary of Additional Information and Changes 2019 - 2022

Today, Stichting IMN published the Summary of Additional Information and Changes 2019 – 2022 relating to the tendering procedure for recovery agreements for the contract period 2019 - 2022. The Summary deals with questions submitted in response to the tendering documents published on 12 April 2018.

Discussion of the questions submitted resulted in the implementation of a series of changes in the Tendering Guideline 2019 - 2022 and the Recovery Agreement 2019 - 2022. A new document was also added to the tendering documents, namely an Excel file entitled IM reports 2017 according to Time and Location. Also in the document IM reports in 2017, minor corrections were made, but these are unrelated to the discussion of questions in the Summary of Additional Information and Changes 2019 - 2022. The other tendering documents have remained unaltered and were merely redated.

A complete new set of tendering documents was published dated 25 May 2018. Changes to these documents as compared to the previously published versions are marked. In the document IM reports in 2017, only minor changes were made and these changes were left unmarked. As from today, documents dated 25 May 2018 are the only valid versions of the tendering documents.

It is possible to submit additional questions relating to the information provided in the Summary of Additional Information and Changes 2019 - 2022. Any such questions must have been received at the e-mail address aanbesteding@stichtingimn.nl on or before 1 June 2018. They will be answered anonymously at the latest on 8 June 2018 in the Second Summary of Additional Information and Changes 2019 - 2022. Additional questions not relating to this Summary of Additional Information and Changes 2019 - 2022 will not be considered.
