Arrival time system and Bergerview upgraded

The Arrival time system Incident Management ("AIM") has been fully revamped over the past few months. This complete renovation means that the system now operates faster and can be more easily managed. In addition, a number of changes have been made to Bergerview, the application that enables recovery companies to monitor their own vehicles. These changes mainly relate to improved options for viewing historical data. The manual for the new Bergerview 3.0 provides a complete overview of the options now offered by the system.
