New recovery companies quick off the mark in 2010 (update)

Many recovery companies have responded to reports about arrival times in every district in the second quarter of 2010. In a number of districts the response has led to minor alterations to the previously reported figures. The definitive report for each recovery company has now been published on their own page on the Stichting Incident Management Nederland website. Of the districts with at least ten recovery operations, 33 achieved an arrival time of less than 20 minutes in 95% of all cases. Eleven districts in fact achieved a 100% score. The recovery companies in question thereby easily exceeded the 90% contractual requirement. The districts in which these excellent performances were achieved feature in the list below.
