Addition to tender procedure regulations

In response to questions from recovery companies, Stichting Incident Management Nederland has decided to add a clarification to the text of the previously published Tender procedure regulations 2010 - 2013. The text addition relates to the way in which a determination is made of whether a business premises is or is not located within a radius of 30 kilometres from the most distant road section in a district (see page 13). In the corrected, definitive text (see attachment) the following additions have been included:

• the distance to a road section is determined according to the planner setting "shortest route" in Easytravel
• the distance is measured from the location of the business and not from the location of the postcode of the business as determined in Easytravel
• the determination of the total share of a recovery company in the work package of Stichting Incident Management Nederland is made on the basis of the reports in 2008 instead of 2007 (see page 14).
