Positive results of ViaNorm quality investigation

Over the past month, on behalf of Stichting Incident Management Nederland, the company ViaNorm has been carrying out quality inspections during recovery operations on IM roads and of the recovery companies responsible for those operations. In total, 101 inspections were carried out at the same number of companies, whereby attention was focused on the following subjects:

Recovery

• arrival time at a remote location selected by ViaNorm, in each district and without correction for delay as a result of traffic congestion
• deployment of a certified vehicle
• deployment of trained personnel
• use of safe clothing

Company

• compliance with quality requirements imposed by Stichting Incident Management Nederland
• method of storing recovered vehicles
• valid quality certificates
