Information meetings

On 26, 27 and 28 June 2006, Stichting Incident Management Nederland will be organising information meetings in connection with the next tender procedure.
The purpose of the meetings is to provide information about the nature of the tender procedure. A presentation will be given outlining the requirements on any bids, and the structuring of the awarding procedure. The company EAL will then provide information about the arrival times system to be used by Stichting Incident Management Nederland from 1 April 2007 onwards. There will of course be an opportunity to ask questions.
The meetings will be held at the following locations:
- 26 June: Golf Centre Best, Golflaan 1, Best
- 27 June: Tulip Inn Leiderdorp, Persant Snoepweg 2, Leiderdorp
- 28 June: Nieuwe Buitensociëteit, Stationsplein 1, Zwolle
The following representatives of Stichting Incident Management Nederland will be in attendance:
- Lex Mentink (chair) or Willem Snijders (vice-chair)
- Ivo Wildenberg (secretary)
- Joost van Bilsen (project manager arrival times system)
- Jean-Paul Vos (board member EAL, supplier of the GPS units)
The meetings will last from 19.30 hours to 21.30 hours.
Doors open at 19.00 hours.
No information will be provided during the meetings which has not been previously announced in the tender documents.
