Almost four hundred offers for Tender procedure 2013 – 2016

The deadline for responding to the tender procedure for vehicle recovery work on IM roads for the contract period 2013 - 2016 passed at midnight on Tuesday. Stichting Incident Management Nederland has received 393 offers from 113 recovery companies. In the tender procedure for the period 2010 - 2013, 391 offers were received. The number of tendering partners then totalled 121, eight more than for the current tender period. Tenders were received for 209 different recovery districts. These included all 206 districts containing IM roads and three districts in which no roads have yet been classified IM. In 2009, offers were received for 205 districts. These included fourteen in which no IM roads were yet present at that time.

Stichting Incident Management Nederland will be taking time over the coming period to evaluate the offers. The provisional awarding decisions will then be announced in September 2012. The participants in the tender procedure will be informed of those decisions at the latest by 1 October 2012.
