Invoices to car drivers must be sent on the basis of contract charges

Over the past few months, Stichting Incident Management Nederland has been faced with complaints about invoices charged to car drivers by IM recovery companies. Most complaints were received from owners of abandoned vehicles and broken-down vehicles.

Stichting Incident Management Nederland would point out that any orders it issues must at all times be invoiced at the charges agreed with Stichting Incident Management Nederland. The only exception considered acceptable by Stichting Incident Management Nederland is the invoicing of additional work based on a written order from the car owner in question. .

Deviation from this rule will be considered by Stichting Incident Management Nederland as deliberate violation of the Recovery agreement.
