Compensation scheme for purchase of Momos to expire on 1 July 2007

The purchase and installation of GPS equipment for the Arrival Times System Incident Management (AIM), as you are aware, has been financially supported by Rijkswaterstaat. The compensation scheme for these systems will be terminated, as from 30 June 2007. Recovery companies still wishing to be eligible for the scheme must meet the following requirements:

Vehicles registered on 1 July 2007 or later are not eligible for inclusion in the scheme. These vehicles may be deployed for work on behalf of Stichting Incident Management Nederland, on condition they comply with the quality requirements and are fitted with the specified GPS equipment, and as long as they are registered with Stichting Incident Management Nederland as certified vehicles. The costs for installation of GPS equipment in these vehicles will be entirely for the account of the recovery company.
