Recognition of recovery training STIMO

Stichting Incident Management Nederland has decided to formally recognise the Light Vehicle Recovery training programme provided by Stichting Mobiliteitsopleiding (STIMO). More details of this training programme can be found on www.stimo-opleidingen.nl.

Stichting Incident Management Nederland has spent the last few months investigating whether the training initiative by STIMO complied with the criteria announced previously by Stichting Incident Management Nederland for the recognition of recovery training programmes.

These investigations have now been concluded. The course complies with the requirements imposed by Stichting Incident Management Nederland. As from today, training provided by STIMO is recognised as recovery training in the framework of the quality requirements imposed by Stichting Incident Management Nederland (in particular requirement C1) and the contract conditions (in particular article 8.4) for the contract period 2007 - 2010.
